Fair minutes for the whole squad.
Paste your squad and it picks the teams. At 3v3 nobody sits out; at 7-a-side the minutes are shared as evenly as possible. Either way you get a sheet the parents can read.
- Nobody stands on the side At 3v3 and 4v4 everyone plays every round. From 5-a-side up the minutes are shared as evenly as the numbers allow, and the sheet lists who comes on and off.
- Your own teams Pick the teams yourself or let it split them, and it tells you how many pitches to set out. Save your squad and next week you just tick who is coming.

How to make your team sheet
- Paste your squad, or tick who is coming from a saved squad.
- Pick the format and the periods. At 3v3 and 4v4, pick the teams yourself if you like.
- Build the team sheet, then check the teams, keeper choices and playing time before sharing.
- Send the parents the link. Change it on the day and the same link updates.
A worked example: 11 players, 7 places
With 11 players, 7 places and 4 periods of 10 minutes, there are 28 turns on the pitch to share, so 6 players get 30 minutes and 5 players get 20 minutes.
Multiply the places by the periods, then divide by the players. 7 × 4 is 28 turns on the pitch, and 28 ÷ 11 is about 2.5 periods a player, an average of about 25 minutes each. The sheet changes players between periods, not during them, so some play one period more than others.
That is the sheet the example squad above builds. The sheet works out who comes on and off. Check the playing times before you share it, because keeper choices can move the split.
Time in goal counts as playing time. Review the sheet before the match and update it if a player cannot take part.
Team-sheet questions
- Which football formats can I use?
- Choose 3v3, 4v4, 5-a-side, 7-a-side, 9-a-side or 11-a-side. Set the number of periods and minutes per period to match your fixture.
- Do I need an account to build a team sheet?
- No. Paste first names and build a sheet for free in your browser. A free account lets you save a squad to use again next week.
- Can I save my squad and pick the teams myself?
- Yes. Save a squad once with a free account, then each week tick who is coming and add anyone extra. At 3v3 and 4v4 you can pick the teams yourself, any size, or let the team sheet split them, and name them. Everyone plays every game with no substitutes. Against another club each team gets its own pitch, so thirteen can be five teams on five pitches. A squad keeps first names only.
- How does the team sheet handle keepers and substitutions?
- From 5-a-side up it shares the minutes as evenly as the numbers allow and lists who comes on and off at each change. Keepers can take turns, be shared by a few, or be one player all game, and time in goal counts as time played. If someone pulls out or goes off injured, the same parents' link updates.
