Clubs and academies
Pro for every coach at your club, paid once a season.
Bibs On plans a training session for the players who actually turn up. Your club pays once, your coaches join with a link, and nobody puts their own card in.
Why clubs use it
One bill, not twenty
The club pays once for the season, by card or bank transfer. The treasurer gets an invoice and a receipt by email. Coaches never enter payment details.
Coaches are in within a minute
Send one link to your coaches' group chat. They sign in or make an account, tap Take my seat, and Pro is on.
Every coach plans the same way
Sessions follow the FA's set-up, how to play and coaching tips, with the rules for each age group from U7 to adults. A new parent-coach at U8 plans like your most experienced one.
How it works
- Name your club and say how many coaches. The price shows as you go.
- Pay by card, or by bank transfer if your treasurer prefers.
- Share the link. Each coach who joins takes one seat.
What you see as the club
Who has a seat, when they joined and when they last planned a session. Not the sessions themselves. Those belong to the coach.
Free up a seat when someone leaves, make a new link if it gets shared too far, and add seats mid-season.
Price per coach, for the season
- 1 to 9 coaches £20
- 10 to 24 coaches £17
- 25 or more coaches £15
Every seat costs the price for your club's size, to 31 July. From 1 February to 30 April it's half that, for what's left of the season. Pay from 1 May and seats run to the end of next season too.

Questions
- Do coaches who already pay for Pro need to cancel?
- Yes, or they'll pay twice. We tell them when they take their seat. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store, and a website subscription from Account.
- What happens at the end of the season?
- Seats run to 31 July. Coaches keep Pro for 14 more days while you renew, and renewals open on 1 May.
- Does the secretary need a seat?
- Only if they coach too. Whoever pays looks after the club's seats without using one.
- Can a coach be at two clubs?
- Yes. They take a seat at each.
- Is Bibs On FA approved?
- No. Bibs On has no FA or UEFA affiliation, and it isn't a qualification. Sessions follow the FA's published formats for each age group.
- Can we get our money back?
- Email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund it in full.
